An ultra book with Intel
i7 Haswell processor, HD 1080 from Thinkpad and a Solid State Hard
Drive. It is about time that they came out with a powerful machine with an HD
Multi-touch display. I will have to wait for it to come in.
But I was thinking, I am
currently using a Thinkpad X230 which does have Intel(R) Core(TM)
i7-3520M CPU @ 2.90GHz processor 8 GB Ram and I am running some memory
intensive software including Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium, Avid Technology:
Pinnacle Studio 16, Microsoft Office
2014 Professional Plus to name a
few.
The new system I have ordered has the following Hardware Configuration.
I wonder, will I really see a significant improvement in Performance moving from the Lenovo Thinkpad
X230 to the Lenovo Thinkpad T440s?
What do you think?
I am running intensive software for my current configuration, but wish to know if it is worth the upgrade.
